The stand does what it's supposed to. But it can never be used alone unless it is a matter of time before you throw your bike over.

The central stand is highly recommended. As soon as the stand is assembled it makes work on the motorcycle much easier because it acts like a lifting platform. In addition the motorcycle can be easily moved on the stand. Aligning the mounting plate was a little challenging but not impossible.
