The seat cushion does what it promises if you sit properly. Unfortunately, the cover around it is larger than the gel insert (gel-rubber honeycomb cushion), which encourages wrinkles and makes you sit too far forward where there's little gel padding. If the interior were a bit larger and filled the available space better, it would be great, so it's missing a star.
